Position Description:
The Speech Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred for Speech therapy services. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, documenting, and modifying treatment programs; communicates speech recommendation with caregivers, participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education; participates in administrative duties and Performance Improvement; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
